What a week it’s been! Between the dog deciding she’s a newborn and waking up at 3 a.m. to eat, and juggling life’s usual demands, I’ve had my fair share of challenges. But amidst the chaos, I’ve discovered something beautiful: stillness in the mornings and laser-sharp focus in the afternoons.

And why is this so exciting? Because this stillness has unlocked a creative energy I haven’t felt in years!

I’ve been pouring this creativity into making my programs better than ever — adding thoughtful, practical touches like new recipe guides that simplify meal prep. For a long time, I thought giving more and more was the answer. But now I realize that teaching easier methods can actually give you more: more time, more energy, and more joy.
