About Ali Novitsky, MD

Ali Novitsky, MD is a triple board-certified physician in Obesity Medicine, Pediatrics, and Neonatology, and the founder and CEO of The FIT Collective® — a leading resource for physician-led fitness programs, clinical nutrition education, and evidence-based strength training for patients.

Dr. Novitsky is a Certified Master Coach, international speaker, blogger, and host of the podcast “Metabolism, Muscles, and Mindset”, where she shares science-backed strategies to improve body composition, optimize metabolism, and cultivate lasting mindset shifts.

A graduate of Temple University School of Medicine, Dr. Novitsky completed her Pediatrics residency and Neonatology fellowship at Thomas Jefferson/AI duPont Hospital for Children. She later received advanced master coaching credentials from The Coach Firm, making her one of the few physicians who blends medical science with cognitive coaching and fitness psychology.
